Playing Based Methodology: Simply Music is a remarkable Australian-developed piano and keyboard program that has beginning students playing great sounding contemporary, blues, classical and accompaniment pieces – immediately – from their very first lessons!

Reading Music: Many approaches to reading music can be laborious and difficult to grasp. Samali has created a unique approach to reading over many years of teaching scores of students.  We begin with the reading of rhythm & include other basic musical elements.  Once this is mastered then the reading of pitch is added.  The approach is incremental, fun to learn and includes well recorded backing tracks you can play along with at home.  Reading is learnt through playing pieces using both hands together from the outset - no boring drills or exercises! Samali has also taught and coached other teachers to teach music reading very successfully since 2011.
